The Military Family Resource Centre of the National Capital Region Board of Directors retained Feryal in 2019 to assist us with our Strategic Plan. Feryal guided the Board through the planning process and coached us on setting achievable and aspirational goals. Feryal understood our mandate and created a plan that would allow us to reach our community members and reflect their values and needs in our Strategic Plan. Feryal facilitated sessions with the Board, community members and staff of our organization. She led us through challenging discussions and gave voice to our community members. She created space for diverse views and helped us through difficult conversations. She supported the vulnerable, tempered the expressive, and got to the heart of the issues. Feryal set us on a course to becoming the best version of ourselves and our organization.
